During its first “Star Log” live stream today, Square Enix announced it will launch Star Ocean: Integrity and Faithlessness for PlayStation 4 this summer in North America and Europe.
The PlayStation 3 version will remain a Japan-only release. Square-Enix also confirmed the game will be releasing with dual audio, meaning you can play with English or the game’s original Japanese audio.
Square Enix has also released two new character trailers as well as the second story trailer in English for the game, see below.

If Star Ocean 5 will be released this summer on the US, that's around June to August. The timing is perfect for me as I'll have plenty of time to play Uncharted 4 in May, then Star Ocean 5 at around June. Now, we just need Square-Enix to announce to us the "exact release date" then we're all set!.

What was you saying ben about this summer being dry.

Excellent!
Hey guys I ordered my VR shiznit!
Congratulations!
Today I just booked my vacation to the Caribbean! I'm not being sarcastic either.
haha, I hope we both enjoy our experiences. I'll be able to afford yours in about 20 years 🙂
YOu know, I'm so torn about these solo rpgs. I do love them. But they take so much time to play. You get really involved in them and, at least me, tend to shut the outside world out until you beat them.
I guess I will always love them though. But I do love to play mmos like Phantasy Star online, FF 14, White Night Chronicles, and Sword Art Online, and work as a team to take a boss down or level. Just fun for me really.
Too many games and not enough time. I need 72 hours in a day to play all the games I want.
Isn't that the truth especially when you're an adult with responsibilities.
That's why Dark Souls is the best of both worlds. While it doesn't have some attributes of MMOs, you can team up with strangers and take down the boss or play it offline and do it yourself.
I've had to pick which RPGS (mostly souls games + The Witcher 3) for the past 5 or so years to dedicate time to because they do take up a lot of time.

RIP WKC….
FFXIV is definitely MMO, not sure about SAO, it feels more like a single player game with multi-player accessories….
Star Ocean 5 will be like a good book that you read, savoring each chapter, and sometimes reading 2 or 3 chapters compulsively, sometimes taking a break to protect Eorzea, earn a living or hug a human…
That's why I like them I guess. Shut out the stress world. Granted I usually only get a few hours to game a week before the weekend but then those 3 hour sessions feel like a lot more of an escape/recharge than any other kind of RPG or an online game.
RPG Priority for this year:
Dark Souls
Persona 5
Star Ocean
I don't even know when I'll get to play FF15.
I'm gonna look at the scores and read the review here for FFXV. The demo made it seem very tedious because they don't seem to understand open world yet. If it goes how I expect I'll flash sale it in a year or not play at all. Could be time to let FF die.
