Then, after landing a date of March 18, 2016, the anticipated PlayStation 4 exclusive got pushed back again, getting delayed until April 26 . Now, unfortunately, we have to tell you about another small delay.
As announced over at the PlayStation Blog , Sony Computer Entertainment America boss Shawn Layden has a new date for Uncharted 4: A Thief's End : May 10. Why?
"In an effort to meet the considerable worldwide demand, and to ensure that all gamers worldwide have the opportunity to play the game on day one, we have chosen to postpone the launch of the game by two weeks to allow for extra manufacturing time.
We know this news might be disappointing, and we are sorry to have to make you wait a little longer to play Naughty Dog’s latest. The good news is that the game is phenomenal — we are fully confident that it will be worth the wait and the team at Naughty Dog is eager as ever for you to experience Nathan Drake’s final adventure."
Well, we can still look forward to the recently announced multiplayer beta weekend , and if this unbelievable new Story Trailer isn't enough to keep you psyched for another couple weeks, well…nothing can help you. 😉

Oh well, I guess I'll have to buy another game to play on April. I hope that this is the last delay Uncharted 4 will get.
I'd prefer to play a delayed yet polished game rather than a rushed and buggy one.
Delayed and polished aren't mutually exclusive.
About a year ago we got Witcher 3, a game delayed to be polished. it arrived delayed and grossly unpolished.
Edit: oh and its clear the majority of critics didn't care about that polish anyway.

This is why you don't throw out release dates, like it's cool. But I'm not mad. This is totally fine by me.
Hard to care much when DS3 is out in April . That and mafia 3 .
Release dates are a joke nowadays. They can't be taken seriously anymore.
