Next on the list is Charisma; it's the fourth "educational" S.P.E.C.I.A.L. video that highlights the seven critical traits every survivalist must have in Fallout 4 .
As you can see below, amping up your Charisma stat will allow you to charm people (and animals), and a higher Charisma can also help you get better prices on items and various goods. You can even convince people to do what you want. However, as the video so hilariously illustrates, without a high Charisma, trying to persuade someone might go very badly…

Charm's a great stat when you want to play an RPG more like an RPG, rather than an action/shooter stat-me-up :).
Can't wait. Never played a Fallout game. Pumped for this one. Totally and pointlessly addicted to the phone app Fallout Shelter too.

I always raise charisma in the games where that is a feature. I love the extra dialogue options and alternative ways that opens up. It spices things up.
One get to fire enough bullets as it is, anyway.
