Star Ocean 5 Shows New Trailers – Meet Fiore, Victor, And The Amazing Battle System

Square Enix has shared the latest on Star Ocean: Integrity and Faithlessness during their second Star Log live stream , and they’ve provided a closer look with three new videos of the game, all in English language! You can see it below.

Battle System

The first trailer focuses on the battle system of the game. The battle system for Star Ocean: Integrity and Faithlessness allows the players to fight with up to 7 characters simultaneously in massive, real-time battles.

The next trailer highlights the character Fiore. Last February, I've posted an article higlighting this character, but the highlight video back then is in Japanese. This time it is on English version.

Fiore Brunelli: One of the most adept signeturges, even when compared to her fellow researchers at the Royal Institute of Signetary Studies in Langdauq. The complex signets she has imbued allow her to inundate her foes with a torrential downpour of destructive spells.

The last trailer, and certainly not the least, highlights the character Victor.

Victor Oakville: Victor is a member of an elite group of soldiers in the Central Resulian Army called the King’s Chosen. All Victor’s subordinates hold him in high esteem, and he has the strongest sense of duty of anyone in the land. Although he never hesitates to fulfill orders, Victor is conflicted about how his job requires him to end the lives of others.

Star Ocean: Integrity and Faithlessness will release for PlayStation 4 in North America on June 28 and Europe on July 1, 2016, and the game also has a Day One Edition version to be released on the game's release date.

Really looking forward to this, the game is already getting a bad rep in Japan for being 20-30 hours, but if it can provide and engaging story within that time I will be more than content.

I'm currently playing First Departure on PSP and having a ball, I don't know how much it differs from the SNES original but it' feels like a proper classic PS1 RPG, love it.

Got this pre-ordered, will tide me nicely over the wait for XV.

Graphic looks amazing as hell.
Combat looks smooth as hell.
Fiore is hot as hell.
System looks deep as hell.

FFXV looks good but this made FFXV looks outdated.
tri-ACE has been working hard.

I know right? FFXV looks so outdated it's like a step up from PS2 HD updates.
