JRPG aficionados will have to wait longer, unfortunately.
The anticipated RPG Persona 5 has been delayed, as we were informed by a new trailer (see it below). Publisher Atlus now tells us the title will release for PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 3 in summer 2016. Prior to this news, it was expected to launch at the end of 2015.
Game Director Katsura Hashino previously described the new effort as having "a challenge that fuses together a juvenile school setting that is as large as life, together with a picturesque romance." Additionally:
"This time, it's about a group of high school students that are being 'chased' by unexpected occurrences due to the justice they believe in. We're writing [the story] to convey a thrilling everyday life in the shoes of these characters, that are as large as life, in this juvenile school setting."
Well, I'm sure you can still find stuff to play this fall.
