As expected, you'll have the option of a Season Pass for the highly anticipated Fallout 4 .
Bethesda has revealed the initial details of their downloadable content plans, highlighting the $30 Pass that will contain "all of the Fallout 4 DLC we ever do."
They haven't released the exact dates of these add-ons but we know none of them will arrive this year:
"Since we're still hard at work on the game, we don't know what the actual DLC will be yet, but it will start coming early next year. Based on what we did for Oblivion, Fallout 3, and Skyrim, we know that it will be worth at least $40, and if we do more, you'll get it all with the Season Pass."
The team is also planning to release "regular free updates" for the game, which will provide us with new features and necessary fixes. As a frame of reference, Bethesda gave us five paid expansions for Fallout 3 (before Season Passes were the norm), so there's no doubt that fans can look forward to substantial expansions.
Fallout 4 is headed to PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC on November 10. Bethesda has said in the past that this game would "never work" on the older consoles .

Am I the only one who hates all this overpriced dlc way of giving players content?
Nope, you're not the only one. In a game like this I think there's so much content that you don't NEED to buy all of the DLC. I personally don't buy DLC unless it's a game that I truly love and when I do it's usually one of them.
With how much Bethesda usually does in regards to DLC actually a decent deal.
i don't buy DLC often, but i did for Fallout 3,and it was worth it,most of it were big expansions.
I will buy it for Fallout 4,no doubt about it.[the game is about 400 hours, but stil i want all the dlc, this game can't be to big for me]
Also Bethesda stated that mods come to pc and xbox and later ps4,so apparently the mods for ps4 is no longer an uncertainty and that's good news:i want it all!

Do you have a link for the PS4 mod confirmation? Last I heard was Bethesda wanted to allow mods on PS4 but it's Sony's quality check department or whatever you call it that is holding things up.
For an easy example if you have played Warframe just look at how long it takes for new updates and expansions to be approved of even when they are 100% ready to be added in game.
See above in Ben's text, and click the link
"has revealed"and choose the article about Fallout 4-launch and beyond, this is bethesda's site and when you scroll down to"Mods & Creation Kit" and there it says:
"Weâre especially excited these same mods will then be coming to Xbox One, and then PlayStation 4".
So apparently there's no more uncertainty about it according to bethesda …
