It was one of the very first titles announced for PlayStation 4 but it has since become arguably the system's first piece of vaporware.
Earlier this year, Capcom's only update on the game wasn't encouraging: They were going to completely overhaul the project from top to bottom, and no word on when it might arrive.
Since then, not a peep. But at least, as far as the US Patent and Trademark Office is concerned, it still exists. As spotted by DualShockers , the publisher obtained an extension – its third – for this project on August 6. One statement says the "applicant continues to conduct product and/or service research or development with respect to the allowed good and services."
Well, that's something. For the record, a publisher can request an extension up to five times, so Capcom only has two rounds left. If they can't get the product out in the next 18 months, the trademark is gone.
As it appears to be an MMO of sorts, I'm not interested in the slightest. But many should be…if Capcom can ever get it done.

starting to sound like last guardian, i was more interested in this than bloodborne/demon souls, they're probably busy with dragon's dogma
infinite game delays from a japanese game dev, what a shocker..
Seeing as it has already been confirmed to be P2W I could care less.
well maybe they might need a 4th and 5th extension then haha are they kinda like SE that take to forever to do anything these days.
happy gaming
