Destiny’s Gjallarhorn Brought To Life With 3,500 LEGO Pieces

How come I never made anything like this when I played with LEGOs as a kid?

They're doing some crazy things with LEGOs these days. Take, for example, the recreation of the Gjallarhorn exotic rocket launcher from Bungie's MMOFPS, Destiny .

The fictional weapon has been assembled in reality using about 3,500 LEGO pieces. You can see the amazing accomplishment at the YouTube Channel for ZaziNombies Lego Creations: The gun comes in at 46 inches long and weighs over 15 pounds. They used a Bionicle headpiece in lieu of the wolf head at the front of the gun, and a few pearl gold colored LEGO bricks and wing pieces were also used. It's pretty freakin' sweet, I gotta say.

See, we appreciate creativity of all kinds. And if video games inspire more creativity, so be it.

Yes, probably have more chance making it myself than getting it drop during the game!

That is sweet. Well done. Just got the horn last week on Nightfall. One buddy already had it and another got it this week. It rocks the crucible.

My friend got the Gjallahorn in the Nightfall, while I got the Truth.

It's not so bad. The Truth hurts, everyone knows! 😉
