One of the biggest additions to the DmC: Devil May Cry Definitive Edition is Vergil's Bloody Palace.
It was the most-requested new feature for the upcoming updated game and today, Ninja Theory's Dominic Matthews takes you inside the 60 floors of blood-soaked combat.
Unlike Dante's Bloody Palace, where the difficulty increases through the 5 main difficulty levels, Vergil's Bloody Palace begins on Nephilim difficulty for the first 20 waves. Then it goes into Son of Sparda difficulty, and ends with 20 waves on the brutal Vergil Must Die difficulty. Yeah, it'll be tough. The recommendation is to "layer everything up" so you can "hit with three or four attacks at a time," which is when Vergil is at his most lethal.
