some are tempting but these days it's more about time cost than money cost for me.

Yeah, takes me two weeks just to finish a ten hour game. But I may still get Ni No Kuni just to see how beautiful it is.

I've been working AC4 for over a month now it seems. AC games basically feel RPG sized to me now. I can't take on many "annual" or even bi-annual franchises if they check me out for a month at a time. I'm still on the fence over Dragon Age. I feel like one way or another the franchise will just get squeezed out once Mass Effect and Bethesda games start pumping out

After playing Watchdogs I'm getting the itch to play AC4 again. Not exactly sure why. Finishing Watchdogs is going to take forever though. I've spent several hours on it but I barely scratched the surface of the campaign missions.

Sadly I'm flush with all I need (most on that list), though I'm a little tempted for Origins and the first Mass Effect.

If you like Mass Effect then the first game is a must. They do a decent job of filling you in on the back story with the Genesis comic but getting to know Wrex and meeting Sovereign on Virmire are so worth it. Inventory management is a pain and the combat isn't nearly as good as ME2 but the story makes up for that.

Yeah I'm lukewarm about the series, played 2 and love it, never finished 3.

Tempted to buy Dark Souls 2 but I prefer a physical copy.

All the things I want I either have or are still too expensive. Anyone who hasn't picked up Ni No Kuni yet, now is the time. It is worth so much more than $5.

That was all I needed to pick up the Mass Effect Trilogy. I'd been eyeing it lately because I never got a chance to try it ans $15 says I waited long enough.

Thanks for the heads-up John!

The few of these I don't own I'd prefer physical copies of. It's good that there seems to be so many sales lately. Good for sony, anyways. Not so good for anyone with poor impulse control.

I paid about $60 for the Mass Effect Trilogy last January. I'm feeling pretty dumb right now but 75% off the DLC might make me feel better!

Oh well, it's never – NEVER – any economical arguments for purchasing a game on release day or shortly after. So you pretty much should have known this would happen. Sorry 🙂

If you bought it on disc that was a very wise move, here in the UK Mass Effect 1 on disc is so hard to get as it was only released with the trilogy.

Ni No Kuni and Kingdoms of Amalur are hands down the best to get if you haven't already.

Kingdoms is one of THE best action rpgs I have ever played. KOA also has the best expansions ever. Great story.

Ni No Kuni is an old fashioned rpg wrapped up in a new blanket, with a little of the TALES series battle in it. Awesome game. Awesome story.

Ni No Kuni is like Star Ocean meets Pokemon. Think about that. It's one of my favorite games this gen. KOA plays like a really good MMORPG IMO. The look, the controls, and all. Play the first 2 hours and you'll have a billions quests lined up. The map seems gigantic. good times

Shame they didn't included PS1 & PS2 classics in this deal, then I would be all over it. As for the games above Ni No Kuni and Kingdoms of Amalur would be the ones I go for, but I already have Ni No Kuni on disc and KoA isn't much more than that for a physical copy so I shall pass this time.

I'm a very lazy person and I prefer convenience but when it comes to owning games I like to own the disc. I don't feel like I own it unless I have it inside my ottoman with my other games.

I already own more than half of that list. 😀 So I probably won't get anything.

Last big sale they had, though, I got a few great deals!

I have a few of the games on that list. The best value IMO (I haven't played most of these though) is Ni No Kuni for $5!!!!! That game is GREAT and has the added benefit of not looking "old". I'm thinking grabbing Dragon Age for $5 but #1 time and #2 I'll probably ruin it by subconsciously comparing it to Skyrim. I've only barely scratched the surface of Dragon's Dogma and Kingdoms of Amalur. I haven't even Started Demon Souls. Why are there not 42 hours in a day or why don't we live to be 300 years old?
